Blue & Black Tree - Artwork

Here is my new drawing of a blue tree surrounded by black color. I created the black color through the use of the cross-hatching technique. In this piece, the background is just as important as the foreground.
Foreground and background work together to produce this bold image, which measures 5 x 5 inches.
